Katrina Christou is a trained Counsellor, Practising Positive Psychology, Supervisor, Life Coach with eighteen years’ experience who believes passionately in the power of talking. Whether you have professional, personal, relationship or family issues she has the skills to help you express yourself and make the right choices for your life. Her service is informal and friendly, allowing you to talk about anything at all. She frequently deals with issues such as; relationships, anxiety, depression, stress/time management, mediation, pre-marriage, parenting issues, grief/trauma. However big or small your problem is, you will be much better equipped to deal with it after talking to Katrina. Sessions can be counselling, supervision, life coaching, and can be carried out face to face or phone sessions in the comfortable CBD office or over Skype if you are travelling or live out of town. You will never be pushed in a direction you don’t feel is right for you, Katrina simply listens and reflects back the truth of your own words to you. As well as the reassurance of having the advice of a trained professional, you will leave with a greater understanding of yourself and your own reactions. You will be taught simple and easy-to-implement techniques for lifting your mood, applying logic to emotional situations, staying calm and maintaining focus, plus learning to create plans for your life using easy steps to work towards your goals.
